Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you are on the monthly plan, you can cancel at any time. If you choose the annual plan for the discount, your commitment is for 12 months.
Are there any hidden carrier fees?
We pass through carrier fees directly (typically small fractions of a cent per message). The rates shown in our calculator are estimates that include these typical costs.
What is 10DLC Registration?
It's an industry requirement to verify your business identity. We guide you through the form in our dashboard. There is a one-time $10 fee passed to the registry, and a small monthly campaign fee (usually $2-$10 depending on your volume) charged by carriers.
